Last Saturday all of my old roommates and I got together for what has become our annual tradition each summer. This year ALL of my Junior year roomies were in attendance: Jalene, Jennifer, Jolene and Laura. I won't share with you how many years it has been since we were all roommates. It was hard for all of us to believe it was that long ago! It's great that we still keep in touch and best of all see each other at least once a year.
We had our reunion at the Hoke farm again. There's so much entertainment there for the little ones and a great big yard to play in for all.
The sandbox was a hit again.

| Skyler, Sadie and Henry |
Henry and Skyler were buddies again this year.
Feeding the chickens was great fun! Later, when almost all the food was gone, Henry dumped the bucket out to make sure they got everything. The kids and the chickens wanted more food.
Jeremy gave all the kids a ride on the tractor. Later, Henry kept mentioning that he "drove" the tractor.
One of the super cute kittens on the farm. I can't believe Jolene has a cat and kittens too. She is a dog lover (a fellow Basset Hound lover) but the kitties do earn their "keep" by keeping the mice away.
Ahh, time for a popsicle break with Lucy. Lucy was having a rough day having to share all of her toys, sandbox, animals and the tractor with all of us.
I think Henry was trying to count how long it would be, before he could start dating...hahaha!
Clara wondering when she's going to get her popsicle.
Weee! "Watch me Mommy!"
This slide and another little toddler climbing structure was quite entertaining for Henry. The best part of this slide for Henry was CLIMBING the ladder all by himself to get to the slide.
Time for another snack break!
Once again we waited until the end of the night to take this picture.
Clara (9 months), Henry (2.5 yrs), Sadie (3 yrs), Skyler (3.5 yrs), Lucy (2 yrs) and Jolene with Baby Hoke due in September.
Henry had all the girls saying, "BITO" by the end of the day! "Bito" is what Henry calls a burrito. Lately, he's been saying, "bito" quite often. It's funny. Henry is definitely Joe's son if he really loves burritos. We know Henry loves tacos since he always eats tacos x2 at his daycare.
We stayed overnight since it is almost a 3 hr drive down to the Hoke's.
Lucy didn't seem to mind sharing her things with just one other kid. Maybe this is the tractor Henry was talking about that he drove.
On Sunday, we were going to leave around 9 but we ended up staying until 11 AM. Henry didn't want to leave (contrary to his request the night before when the others were leaving). Needless to say, Henry was literally asleep within 5 minutes of being in the car. He was worn out since he slept for a whole 2 hours straight on the way home. Lately, on road trips he averages 1 hour naps.
Thanks Jolene, Jeremy and Lucy for hosting our reunion again!
We all had fun!

Looks like great fun. It is so good that you all keep in touch and get together. You need a picture of the roomies! Henry is quite the ladies man in that crew. He probably enjoyed driving both tractors.
