Helpful Henry!

Henry is a good helper!

First, a cute story one of his teachers told me at his daycare. Ms. Jessica was walking Henry and Emily (her 2 yr. old daughter who just started at the daycare) down the hall to room 8. Emily was crying and wanted Ms. Jessica to pick her up. Henry stopped and put his hand on Emily's back and said, "It's okay, Emily room 8 is fun!" Awwww, so cute! Ms. Jessica wished she had this moment tape recorded. She said it was soooo sweet.

After a big morning of shopping, Henry was quite helpful in bringing some of the groceries and other items into the house...

Henry has started to go potty on the pot like a big boy.
Woohoo, we can't wait to be diaper free! Henry told us in the store he really likes "these"...of course he does since there are Cars on them!

Currently, Henry really likes muffins. So, he was quite happy to find out he was going to help Mommy make muffins after his nap. I set the muffin cups out and Henry climbed right up and started helping.

We all know, I am not Betty Crocker, so YES we were making boxed blueberry muffins! Too bad blueberries have been priced pretty high these days or we would have added some fresh "booberries" (as Henry calls them) to the mix.

Time to put the crumb topping on the muffins.

All Done! Mmm...lets eat!

I decided to finish this post off with a couple more pics of Henry dancing.

Celebrate, good times, C'MON!

Notice, his "guys" and puppy in the audience?

  1. Cool hair in the dancing pictures. I can't wait for blueberries to be in season so we can buy them more often. I'm glad he likes to cook with you, that is great.
