Recently, Joe and Henry went to run errands and I received picture texts from
Captain America
Iron Man
Spider Man
and Wolverine
Whoa, what a fun shopping trip! Henry loves to run errands with us. We have to enjoy it while we can.
Henry and I surprised Joe on his birthday with this....
One of Joe's favorite songs is "Electric Avenue"! Next time I'll have to get Henry to sing another favorite song of Joe's, "Safety Dance" complete with the actions.
Henry was on a roll that night, he also sang his favorite part of "Best Day of My Life" by American Authors.
Henry came up with the microphone stand all by himself.
His facial expressions while he sings are great.

Since I play BUNCO once a month, Henry is quite interested in dice games. Henry and Daddy play Farkle (usually with their own rules) and now Henry has started to play Yahtzee with us. In his first few games of Yahtzee I have yet to beat him (of course we were making suggestions on what to do with his rolls). Boohoo, he's taking after his Daddy in this game. Henry got a Yahtzee early in one game and was determined to get a token which you get for additional Yahtzee's in one game. Sadly, (or lucky for me) it didn't happen. Joe has proudly earned a few tokens against me.

It's official Henry has his complete school uniform now. He only wears a uniform on Thursday's when they go to a big CBA grade school for what they call Specials classes which include:
Art, Music, Gym, Technology and Spanish
Go, Henry go! It was quite chilly that morning for soccer.
Henry had his first eye exam due to the state requirement when you go to Kindergarten. He has perfect sight!
Mmm, Henry loves tacos.
We went out for authentic Mexican food for Joe's birthday with Papaw and Nana.
Hey, look who we ran into when we were shoe shopping for Henry.
Lookin' good, Henry. Grandpa Steve loves those kind of hats.
We're looking forward to the official start of fall in a few days. So many fun traditions and Henry's birthday too.
