Juggling, Being Silly and Fathers Day Fun!

Henry the juggler?

At Henry's school they recently had a juggler come in and Henry volunteered to juggle...

 a ball on his...

NOSE!!!
Henry said it didn't stay on his nose very long (he does have a tiny nose).
He also spun the ball on his finger.  Henry thought that was pretty awesome.
Thank you CBA for taking pictures and sharing them with us.

"Wait, I didn't have this thing yesterday?"

 "Who wants-a some pasta?"

Two handsome fellas!

Check out the FEAST Henry had at The Olive Garden.

Joe and I went for the classic, soup, salad and bread sticks deal!  Mmm...they have the best peach tea too.

Father's Day Fun

I kept our Father's Day plans a secret...once we hit the road and headed NW Joe was catching on.
We still have free passes from our friends wedding that we were both in at The Anderson Gardens.
(For any other guests who went and haven't used there's yet, they still work!)
Dad's also got in free for Father's Day.  Henry was free too.
Joe was saying, "I bet you can't smile, Henry!"

The classic Anderson Gardens brochure picture.

During our visit, we fed coy fish and a few ducks too.
We also saw a turtle sunbathing on a rock.

We enjoyed our visit.

Then for lunch we went to one of Joe's favorite restaurants...
We are often near a Machine Shed when we are in Iowa but we can never squeeze a stop into our visits.
I totally forgot there is a Machine Shed in Rockford.

Joe texted me the following pic while I was at work on Friday morning...
His message read:
"One of the greatest things I've ever seen.  Epic stare down."

AWESOME!!!
Joe quickly grabbed his phone for some pictures not knowing the stare down would last a whole minute!
It was complete silence too which made it that much more intense.
Jimmy ended it when he flinched and then the chipmunk ran away.  Some times Jimmy makes funny (non-cat like noises) when he is "hunting" birds and other animals through the windows.  I wonder what would have happened if the screen door was open?!!
