Spring Fun!

 He shoots...
He scores!!!
Thanks to Craig's List we found a great deal on this basketball hoop.  Joe likes the return feature best.

We think Jimmy was dreaming about flying.
Hahaha, Joe texted this picture to me one night. Love it!

Today we went to a Lego Bash at Blackberry Farm.
The park doesn't open until end of May so this was a special treat.

This display was made by a couple of young boys.  It was cute, they were enjoying showing off all of the different vehicles they collected and put together.  They even commented on how their Mom built a cement mixer all by herself.

 Neat-oh!
We have to remember to bring our fold up step stool to these shows for better viewing for Henry.
It really wasn't warm enough to be wearing a sleeveless shirt today.

We liked this scene, a tractor tearing down a house with a guy in a bathtub, yikes!

Another closer look, courtesy of Daddy.

Gobble, gobble.  Joe noticed this turkey had a patriotic head.
It was neat, hearing him fan out his feathers.

This is the newest addition to the farm.  It is definitely a kid favorite.  It's hard to keep track of your kid at all times in this section.  You see them pop out a slide and away they go back into the tree houses again for more fun.  Henry found Izzy, a girl in his class while playing in this area.  They had a good ol' time running around together playing. The only way we could get Henry out of this area was by enticing him with a train ride.

We rode the train twice.
Henry's favorite part was going through the tunnel at the end.

A fun spring day!
