OUTDOOR FUN
Henry was finally big enough to work the pedal tractors this year.
Henry on the "H" tractor.
Mmm, we'll eat "Mor Chikin" since we got coupons for FREE food.

Great idea, Liam!
Henry wouldn't sit in the wheel but he was happy to lay in a tractor wheel.
Do you see Liam and Henry?
After the tractor fun we went right down the street to Colonial for lunch. Too bad we were too full to get some of their yummy ice cream treats for dessert.
Liam and Henry
You'll never guess where this picture was taken from...
Under our table at lunch. They were having a grand ol' time under there. Liam's Daddy managed to snap a great picture of our 2 silly boys.
The true sign of a good time!
Booster seats sure don't look as comfy as car seats for napping.
After an hour nap in the car Henry and I continued to enjoy the warm weather outside...

On Sunday we enjoyed some: INDOOR FUN
We met up with a different couple of friends at the All State Arena to watch the Chicago Wolves, an American League Hockey team play a game.
Henry was sitting "criss-cross-applesauce" in his chair when we first arrived.
Some of the pre-game show. Henry thought we were going to watch the hockey game outside since he didn't think they could do fireworks inside. He was impressed.
Henry should have made it on the fan-cam!
This was pre-cotton candy and snowcone.
Henry looked like he ate a smurf after those treats.
Thanks Jeff and Marybeth for the hockey stick and for this idea. We had fun despite the results.
At the end, the game was tied 3-to 3, so into OT they went and at the end of 5 minutes the game was still tied, then they had a shoot out. Sadly, the Wolves lost after all that. Joe and I might be bad luck since the same thing happened when we met up with Jeff and Marybeth and went to a Blackhawks game early in their season.
