This Easter season Henry wondered how the Easter bunny could really hop all around the world to deliver Easter baskets/treats to kids. We told him the Easter bunny has to have some help since he doesn't have a sleigh and reindeers to fly him through the sky.
We liked the no mess, come with your own cups style of Easter egg kit this year.
Where did Henry's hair go? He is back to his summer haircut. The lady cutting his hair wanted to give him a mo-hawk, Henry didn't agree.

Henry has been enjoying eating an Easter egg with me each morning.
My sister Jennie and her crew (also known as the "Swayne Train") came up to visit for Easter this year. Since none of the kids went to a public Easter egg hunt we had our own family egg hunt at park down the street from Papaw & Nana's house. It worked out well. The kids had a great time. They found all the eggs, although one was a little tough to find.
After the egg hunt and running around for awhile, the kids received a special treat made by one of my friends at work...
SKATER Peeps!
The Skater Peeps before the kids devoured them.
I should have set them up on their "wheels".
Thanks, Gerry!
Princess Mary Margaret!
So adorable. Her feet look tiny in this picture.
Later, us Werths headed home to make our special Easter lunch dessert.
We successfully kept everybody in suspense of what kind of dessert we were making. At one point, it felt like we were decorating Easter eggs again.
Dessert ended up being a bit tedious to make but it was definitely worth it...more pics later.
Satuday night we went out for dinner to Giordano's to celebrate Joe Swayne's birthday.
Hahaha, Joe S. swore he was in this picture with the whole group...nope!
Aha, we captured this cute pic of Joe S. with
George, Jennie and Princess Mary
Thanks to our "new" curtains this year the Easter bunny found a new hiding place for Henry's Easter basket.
Mmm, thanks Grandpa and Grandma Werth for the chocolate motorcyle from Brummers, mmm...they make really good chocolate treats.
When we unveiled our dessert everybody thought we made a giant donut.
Nope, we made a Tye-dye cake. Cool!
Henry quickly requested this cake again for his birthday.
I better go buy it now in case this is a limited edition cake. The actual cake tasted really good too. It was a "Duff" cake for those of you who watched Duff and others on Charm City Cakes, good show.
Henry and Papaw ready to hit the road!
One more after lunch treat, going for a ride in Papaw's 1936 Ford truck.
His truck is quite high tech with blue tooth and Pandora capabilities.

Figuring out how to open the door from the inside is a different story...
