Gobble, Gobble!

Please keep those who were in the path of the tornado that hit Washington and Pekin, IL on November 17th  in your thoughts and prayers during this now very difficult time in their lives.  This tragedy is a very hard one to swallow.  The holidays will surely be bittersweet for so many of them this year.

Gobble, gobble, check out the super cute and yummy turkey treat my friend at work made for Henry.  She is very crafty and creative in the kitchen.  She found this idea on line and away she went.

Henry's "spot" at the table for his Thanksgiving feast at school.
He gave his turkey stripes since he was wearing a striped shirt.

Henry with his name tent too.  Henry told me, "the people outside of the house are Daddy and Henry.  Mommy is inside the house."

Daddy couldn't make it this year but luckily I could.
Mmm, that stuffing was really good.
No "El Pavo" song or any songs this year, boohoo.

The "rugby boys"!
Henry and Max (7yrs) were great buddies again on Thanksgiving, at Aunt Debbie's house.

Henry and his "car show nativity scene"

Hahaha, Henry was excited to have some Christmas decorations in his room.  He was quite busy setting up his nativity scene.  Then he told me to come look at his, "car show nativity scene".
Love, it!  Henry happily helped set up another nativity scene downstairs.

We put up our Christmas tree tonight.  Henry couldn't wait to help decorate it.  The bottom front of the tree is fully loaded with ornaments.  Pictures coming soon...!

  1. Papaw thinks Henry probably thinks it makes more sense for people to arrive at the stable by car than by camel or donkey.
