This weekend the Kane County Farm bureau had their Touch A Tractor event again, woohoo!
It was a bit chilly, with the strong winds but Henry still had a great time! We met a couple of my friends from work there with their young sons too.
As one friend said, "Yeah, for little boys and tractors!"
Can you see Henry on this one?
It was hard to get the whole Combine tractor in the picture and still be able to see Henry.
Henry sitting under the Grain Cart.
Henry and Mommy!
This one's for Jimmy! (Nana's cousin, that is!)
See Calvin in the corner? He was one of the boys with us. He turned 2 in February.
Henry and Daddy sitting on the Mulch Finisher or the Chisel Plow behind the Tillage (big Case Tractor). There were signs by all the tractors too; otherwise I would have had no idea what this part of the tractor was called.
Henry was all about sitting in the tires this year unlike last year.
We liked Henry's face on this tractor!
There were also a couple goats, some baby chicks (inside), a big wheel full of corn to play in and pedal tractors to ride. Afterwards, we went to lunch at Colonial. Henry almost ate his entire (HUGE) pancake. We all enjoyed $1.10 ice cream cones for dessert.
After nap, Henry was quite busy at home building another house with a
HUGE "Chim-dee".
Later, Henry invited Joe and I to this GINORMOUS picnic.
Mmm..Joe and I didn't know where to start.
Look out Henry's winning the race! What a great weekend for Henry!

I think it looks like a fun weekend for the whole Werth family....fun event and great food including a spectacular picnic feast.
