As promised here are some pictures Henry has taken with his camera. The quality of the pictures is very low which means they load super fast on the computer/blog. I like that part. Henry's enjoying taking pictures. He often asks for his camera, especially after he builds something cool with his blocks.
He's getting better and better at "framing" his pictures before taking them too.
Mommy's turn.
Henry took this picture of his Great Grandma Scherbring (soon to be 92) on his first try.
Way to go, Henry!
Another good picture of his other Great Grandma, Grandma Powers.
Henry has 3 great Grandma's and one Great Grandpa that he enjoys visiting with.
Jimmy didn't want to smile!
I will admit these were Henry's best pictures. I deleted quite a few dark and blurry pictures. I kept all the other pictures he took of random household things such as a chair, a table, a cat toy on the floor and...
...Joe's shoulder!
Check out the piggies Henry's class made at school:
Are these cute or what? Henry's is the first one on the left, facing us.
Farms/Farming was the theme last month in Henry's class.
This month's theme is transportation. Woohoo, Henry will be in heaven. They had a show and tell day on Friday. Apparently, Henry's item was the hit of the class. When Nana picked him up Friday afternoon, his garbage truck was on top of the high cabinets. All the kids wanted to keep playing with it. It is a fun truck. It comes with a garbage can that looks just like our giant city provided garbage & recycle cans and you hook it on and push a button and it lifts it up (and brings it back down) and dumps it's contents into the truck just like a real garbage or recycle truck. Neat-o! Henry's teacher said he did very well, showing and telling about his truck to the class.
This was literally less than 5 minutes after we left Papaw & Nana's house one night. He did NOT want to leave. He pitched a big ol' fit. I like his leg stretched out, touching the front seat.
Enjoy the Super Bowl tomorrow!

I liked the sign they had hanging on the pig pen. I think it was "pig stall". I don't think the teachers had been raised on the farm. So cute.
ReplyDeleteHe did a great job taking pictures of the great grandmas! Their heads aren't cut off or anything. I always think it's fun to see how they view things.
ReplyDeleteI love those pigs! So cute.
Oh yeah...cool Angry Birds hat too.
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures Henry! You got some good ones. I like the Angry Birds hat too.
