1, 2, 3, 4, 5,....

Henry continues to be really into counting things.  He often asks what two numbers make, i.e. a "2" and a "5"?  Then sometimes when you answer him he will say,  "no, a 4 and a 3 make 7".  One time he asked me what 3 different numbers make.  Uh-oh! Sounds like he's going be way better at math than I am!

In his class at school they have been counting to 40.  We were given a homework assignment to bring in 40 items that could fit into the provided Ziploc bag.  It was supposed to be a unique item...ours was pasta!  One kid brought in shark teeth, now that is creative.

Counting Valentine's Day card money...

Afterwards, he said, "that's a lot of money!" Aw, how sweet and innocent!

Right after I stopped recording Henry said, "It's a parking lot!" It sure looks like it, except we'd all be trapped in our cars or have a lot of door dings parking that close together.

This is what I walked into, in his room the other day.
He said, "I have a lot of friends, 10 friends!"
