Before the 4th of July we hit the road and headed out East to visit Joe's parents and his brothers family.
We surprised Henry with a new lap top toy. He played with it for over an hour straight. Woohoo!
King Henry! He ate his entire lunch. Riding in the car makes you hungry!
Ahoy, Captain Hank!
A pretty painted bench in downtown Vermilion.
Cooling off in Lake Erie with Grandpa.
Cousins: Alex, Henry, Zack & Grandpa W.
Time for everybody to cool off!
Alex, Jalene & Zack
Henry's 50 cent Super Man ice cream cone, mmm! It's just the right size for Henry.
To help avoid some of the heat, on Sunday morning we headed to Cleveland to go to the Children's Museum.
Henry really liked the farm section. He drove this tractor around for quite awhile. He was busy hauling apples.
Henry also enjoyed climbing the stairs up into the barn. Best of all there was a...
...JEEP in this section, beep, beep!
"Dr. Werth's office, how may I help you?"
"Where to Mommy?"
Always a favorite, the water table.
This was a neat section. You could see yourself on TV.
Henry's cool new "extreme" sunglasses!
Grandma and Henry "match".
Now, they really match and Ocho just wanted to be in the picture.
One more trip to the beach:
All Henry needs is a bottle or a cup and he is entertained.
Daddy joined in on the fun in the water this time.
Overall, we had a nice vacation even if it was really HOT and we were forced into the basement one night with tornado warnings and sirens. Luckily, the tornado missed us. Neighboring towns did suffer a lot of damage and power outages too.
