A couple weeks ago we went to a small lego show in Geneva. Papaw came with us too.
After Joe told Henry this was the Geneva Courthouse that was right across the street; Henry looked back and forth in amazement. We could literally see the lightbulb going off in his head. Then Henry pointed out that the lego creation was missing one of the flags that was in front of the court house. He was quite observant.
This collision was one of Papaw's favorite scenes.
Lego builders are quite creative with all the scenes they make within their lego creations.
Henry liked the pool scene in this set up.
The lego trains are always a hit with kids and the adults too.
Daddy and Henry before the 3D Lego movie.
We went to a 11:00 show and only paid $5 four a 3D movie, sweet deal!
Happy SPRING!
On the first day of spring we heard a bunch of birds chirping and opened our curtains and saw this...YUCK! What a mess the roads were for the morning commute too. It wasn't that much snow but enough to make the roads slippery. Luckily, it didn't snow long nor did it last. Henry was confused how there could be snow in spring and why it is cold outside again. Hahaha, gotta love weather in the Midwest.
