Not much going on around here...we're enjoying our "quiet" time while we can.
Henry and I made zoo animal cupcakes and then decorated them with colored frosting.
Some of them were easier to distinguish than others.
We were all hanging out and then Henry opened up this book and away he went...
We like the "slice of lollipop" best!
At Henry's school they are learning about caterpillars and butterflies. They had a jar of caterpillars that are now in coccoons. Let's hope they don't turn into butterflies on a weekend!
Wow, our backyard smells and looks so pretty right now.
Henry's birdhouse found a very pretty home, for now anyways. The birdhouse is still available for a "renter".
Happy Mother's Day Mommy, love Henry.
At school Henry made me a treasure box which he painted and put the "jewels" on. He also gave me a little plant, that he helped plant which I think is a sunflower. Hmm...we'll see how long I can keep that alive.
Henry testing out the "new" tricycle Papaw and Nana found at a garage sale. It seems to go much faster than the one we have at home, maybe it's the poms!
Papaw and Henry hanging out in Papaw's new truck.
Henry likes Papaw's new truck!
Whoa, check out the giant carrot Papaw and Nana found at a Farmer's Market!
As Henry would say, "this is not a good snowman carrot!"

My goodness! What a good job you did reading the Caterpillar book, Henry.
ReplyDeleteHenry, you are such a good reader! I love that book and was smiling the whole time as I listened to you tell the story. Wow! He was a big fat caterpillar, wasn't he? I like your animal cupcakes too, you do good work. I can't wait to see Papaw's new truck, do you think he'll let me drive it?
