Last week Henry, my friend Christy, her son Liam, and I went to the Batavia Library for a special story time. Curious George was there! It was funny seeing Henry's reaction when Curious George walked in behind the librarian. He stared and stared with such awe and curiousity!
There was quite a crowd waiting to see Curious George. They had to move story time upstairs to a big meeting room. Many area schools were on spring break and it was a rainy day.
Henry and Liam (almost 11 months) were both quite happy to sit on Curious George's lap. We were lucky since we only had to wait in line for 15 minutes. Afterwards we went back down to the kids section so the boys could play some more. Can you find Henry?
Next stop, Panera for lunch. At one point during lunch it was snowing outside and NO it was not an April Fool's Day trick. The snow did not last long before it started raining again. Gotta love the weather in the midwest!
I thought Henry had already met Curious George, his cousin. :) Looks like you all had fun and it is nice when the little ones aren't afraid of the dressed up characters. Henry and Liam will have a good time growing up together. mmmmm....panera sounds good right about now.
