End of October Highlights

Ahhhhh, how can it be December already? Only 24 Days until Christmas!
Well, thanks to Mother Nature we have already had our first snowfall of the "season" in November, BEFORE Thanksgiving.

Before November arrived here's how we finished off October:
One of our favorite fall traditions is to take a wall through these woods.
Our timing was perfect this year. A bright sunny day!
It looks like the path goes on forever.
It's hard not to walk along shuffling the leaves as you go.
Henry enjoys finding cool leaves too.

Henry enjoyed a visit with Grandma and Grandpa Werth who were in town for a wedding.

Henry loves tinkering with gears. We were at a friends birthday party at the DuPage Children's Museum. We had to remind Henry there were lots of other things to explore. He may have stayed at this table for the rest of the party.

Henry helped out with more of the pumpkin carving this year.

Ahhh, aliens landed just before Halloween!

Trick or Treat.
Yes, this is round 2 of Henry being a shark for Halloween.
Some clever convincing was involved. It worked!
The alien pumpkin was the pumpkin Joe's team at work decorated for their annual pumpkin decorating contest. Sadly, the alien pumpkin did not win this year.

Yikes, we stopped at Aunt Debbie's before trick or treating in her neighborhood.
Reggie the devil, may have come with us if it wasn't raining.

Our favorite pumpkin sighting while trick or treating.
