We finally had a chance to meet our friends new addition to their family, Julia. She is adorable!

Phillips Park has a great picnic and play area in addition to the small FREE zoo.
This peacock was very busy showing off in front of a lady peacock who really didn't seem to care. It was funny, he really was strutting around and showing off. The lady peacock continued to clean herself and ignored the male peacock and all his "glory"!
We really enjoyed a recent visit from our good friends, Kelly and Jonathan who moved to NC a couple years ago. Henry had a make-up TBall game so it worked out well for them to go to his game. We were all rewarded afterwards with yummy treats at Colonial!

Papaw wasn't lying when he said he would put Henry to work after treating him to dinner. Papaw put many miles on his 1936 Ford Truck recently during a Power Tour. He joined the tour in Madison, WI and drove down to St. Louis, MO. No wonder his truck was so dirty!
Henry liked making the hubcaps shine again.
Henry thinks dusting is fun so this was right up his alley.
