He's Back!

Our little guy IS BACK! That's what Joe said once Henry recovered from his first ear infections/yucky cold (only his 2nd cold). He was definitely miserable for quite a few days. Thanks to the yummy pink stuff, Henry is back to his ol' self again.

Earlier this week Henry had his 15 month check up. His current stats are:
Weight: 22 lbs (he feels so much heavier when I pick him up these days)
Length: 31"
Head Circumference: 18.5"

Henry's Doctor was as surprised as we have been with the number of teeth he already has and with the new ones coming in too. Currently, Henry's 13th, 14th, and 15th teeth are coming in. We're pretty sure his 16th tooth will poke through soon and then all that will be left are his second molars. The Dr. said those usually come in around age 2 but some kids get them as early as 18 months. We both nodded in agreement that Henry will most likely get them early!

See what our smart little cookie figured out while Mommy was in the kitchen:

His dump truck can be a "ride-y" toy after all. He looks quite pleased with himself!

It's nice to have Henry's appetite back again. We have been blessed with a very good eater who is not picky at all...so far, anyways! MMM...spaghetii!

Forget all the new toys and books Henry got for Christmas, his most favorite thing is the box his new carseat came in.
He loves to play with the box flaps. He opens and closes one of them every time he gets in or out of his "house"! He also enjoys playing "Peek-a-boo" and dropping things in through the window.

Oh, yeah we recently noticed that Henry finally has more hair! Woohoo, it's more noticeable in the back.
Don't worry that's only a toy mouse in the background!

  1. My kids love boxes, too. Right now, they have several boxes in Emma and Benjamin's rooms serving as houses, ovens and frigs for their animals.

Henry's sweatshirt looks familiar in the top picture. Is it one I sent?

You are one busy boy, Henry!

  2. He is so cute! He really looks a lot like Joe looked when he was little! Katie liked playing in boxes too! Chewing on them too! Keep the pictures coming! We love them!
