Happy 4 Months Henry and the grounds a shakin'...

At 4 AM this morning we were woken up (not by Henry although he does usually wake up sometime during the 4 o'clock hour but then he goes back to sleep) by our house shaking. Yup, there was a 3.8 earth quake centered just west of us in the Sycamore/Virgil area. Our bed shook and so did our dresser knocking over a few items. A picture hanging in our family room also fell off the wall. We were quite weirded out by this as I'm sure many others in IL were!

Henry's 4 month check-up stats (I don't know how accurate the percentages are since I can never remember what the Doctor says so I have to read them off the nifty charts they send me home with):
Weight: 14.7 oz (60%)
Length: 25.3" (75%)
Head Circumference: 16.2" (40%)

It's official, Henry has met all of his cousins even his far away ones. First he met his nearby cousins, even though he just slept in his car seat the whole time. They all crowded around and stared. When we were leaving, Nick (6.5 yrs) said, "but Henry didn't do anything". In January at Alex's 4th Birthday party we finally got a picture of Henry with his nearby cousins:

Over Thanksgiving Henry met his cousins who live in Hiram, GA:

Zack (6 yrs), George (3.5 yrs) and Andrew (1.5 yrs)

Over Christmas Henry met his really, really far away cousins who drove up from Austin, TX to meet Henry and see snow. They all enjoyed as much holding and cuddling time as they could:

Alex (10 yrs), Emma (8 yrs), Benjamin (4 yrs)

Henry continues to sleep through the night except for his little 4 O'clock stirrings but he no longer gets a feeding in the middle of the night, woohoo! He has rolled over on to his back a couple of times when he's doing his daily Tummy Time but we're sure he'll be an ol' pro soon and he'll be crawling before we know it. Look out Jimmy and Lily!
